House Rules.

At Comfort Contract Stays we try to be as relaxed as possible so guests can enjoy their stay but we do have a few house rules that all guests must follow.

We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our properties. If you wish to smoke, please leave the premises and discard of cigarette buts appropriately.

We do not allow any pets in our properties unless you have written permission from ourselves. We only allow pets in certain circumstances and in a limited handful of properties.

Parties & large gatherings are not allowed in any of our properties. Equally, only the guests that you have told us about are allowed to stay in the property.

We need to keep our neighbours happy. Therefore we kindly ask guests not to be the cause of any loud noise heard between the hours of 10pm and 9am.

The majority of our properties are not pet friendly unfortunately. However, if you have a special request please reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to help.

A deposit and a few other things will be needed in order to confirm your booking.

Our deposit method is a pre-authorisation, so nothing will come out of your account but it will hold a certain amount just incase we need to charge the deposit.

Check in is available from 3pm and check out is no later than 11am.

If you wish to check in earlier or check out later please notify us at least 48 hours before your check in or out date so we can confirm with our clean team.

How can I contact you?
Guests can contact us via message, email and phone. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Once you have booked your stay we will message you through the booking platform, which is usually our main point of contact.
